I placed an order late last night, but forgot to put a few items in my cart. I sent customer service an email at 11am today. At 1:14pm I got an email saying everything has shipped! I clicked on the tracking number and it's already at the Post Office! That's fast! Hobby Wireless has my business.

I just want to post some positive feedback for the gang over at Hobby Wireless on how they handled the DOMv2 purchases and replacement process after the recall. I received my shipping notification for the replacements the next morning after providing them with a tracking number for the ones I sent back. I will probably have them back in time for this weekend so I won't miss flying. HW provided great customer service, even with all the frantic emails and calls requesting status updates awaiting news of the replacements. Good job Hobby Wireless !

I am a platinium member with a considerable amount of items bought. You are platinium here from the day you ask a qustions. Buying something is not necessary. I wish I found this site earlier...

I just made my first order with Hobby Wireless and I must say, WOW. FAST FAST FAST!!! Really great to have a store that takes customer satisfaction so serious! I had a wonderful first experience, and I look forward to many more orders in the future. I never write these reviews, but I have to say, Hobby Wireless ROCKS!!
