Service is top notch

Although I'm not a fan of doing online service tickets, the guys here respond fairly quickly (none of this 24 hours or more responses) that it made it easy for me to not need to take time to hold a phone and call to get my issue sorted out with a bad item (no fault of any to Hobby Wireless at all) and got my new part out the door in a matter of less than 8 hours! They also walked me through a lot of questions via service ticket to make sure what I was buying was the correct item(s). Definitely a one-stop shop and the prices are definitely fair market. Shipping came a day earlier than I thought, so I was happy.
