The T1380 transmitter has two (2) selectable channels 1258MHz and 1280Mhz that are legal to be used within US.
It is a great inexpensive transmitter, which performs quite well and it only weight about 1oz (29g).
The transmitter has 8 selectable channels rated 800mW by the manufacturer which is a decent amount of power for fairly long-range applications.
It’s highly recommended to install the transmitter as far as possible from any other RF sensitive devices to avoid possible interferece. It's also highly recommended installing the transmitter in ventilated areas to allow air flow to keep it cool.
The transmitter can be powered usibng power source from 10.5 to 13 volts DC such as a 3S 11.1v lipo battery.
