The BlueBeam Ultra Mad Mushroom is right hand circularly polarized antenna, it's great replacement for your stock antennas. The 2" inch cable that is attached to the antenna allows the it to be free of Fresnel zone issues improving signal performance. 
The Blue Beam Ultra Mad Mushroom antenna comes with SMA connector and integrated balloon as part of the design to keep the integrity of the signal.

The plastic shields is removeable to save weight.
